Project: Telework Registration System

Arch Systems provided subcontracting support to Visionary Integration Professionals, LLC for the Telework Registration System (TRS) at ED, Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) in the IT Planning, Design and Testing Phases. The TRS is the automated version of registration for Telecommute Agreements.

Arch consultants participated in the entire SDLC of the project including:

  • Developed Business Process Models
  • Created Business/Functional Requirements and Use Cases
  • Conducted analysis for requirements including Test Cases mapping to requirements and Use Cases/Scenarios
  • Designed Mockup screens
  • Managed Web Content
  • Developed technical documentation (Design Document, Test Plan and Test Cases, User Guide, Admin Guide, Configuration Management Plan)
  • Performed for all testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
