Patrick M. Mendez is Arch Systems Department of Defense Capture Manager.
In his current role, Patrick contributes to a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to growing Arch Systems business in both traditional and adjacent defense markets and achieving the organizations strategic plan.
Patrick has more than 12 years of progressive experience in the identification, assessment and pursuit of Commercial and business opportunities through capture planning, organizational assessment and Federal business development leadership, in support of commercial and Department of Defense programs. He has managed all aspects of traditional business development operations, including team leadership, market identification and research, capture and proposal management, customer relationship development, teaming, vendor management and human capital management.
Pat holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Scranton and is a Veteran of the United States Army, where he served as an Infantry Paratrooper. He is a lifetime member of the Association of the United States Army, American Veterans Association, American Legion, Disabled Veterans of America and the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America. Pat is also a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, and the Association of Old Crows.
In his free time, Patrick serves on the Board of Directors for the Mix at Arbor place, a faith based youth organization dedicated to meeting the spiritual, social/emotional, academic, and physical needs of inner-city youth in Lancaster, PA.
