Dr. Georgia Bailey is an accomplished Senior Manager and Thought Leader with more than 25 years of success managing various program and projects for the Defense Department, the Environment, Mass Casualty Emergency Response Operations, Technology and Cyber Security trades. Her expertise includes strategic and tactical planning, process analysis, organizational leadership, quality standards, and service delivery. She has worked for large, medium, and small systems integrators where she delivered winning business strategies and proposals for government contracts totaling over $500 million. She was featured in CNN. GCN, and FCW magazines and has been a keynote speaker at various summits and conferences on topics such as Cyber Security, Emergency Response Planning, Proposal and Grant writing, Capture Management, and Business Development.
Dr. Bailey is a US Army Veteran, Major/0-4 having served as a Systems Automation Officer at the NSA; as a Nuclear Biological and Chemical Officer (NBC) Master Instructor for the US Army Transportation School’s Officer Basic and Advance Courses at Fort Eustis, VA; as the Division Chemical Officer for the 24th Mechanized Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, GA and the 1st Armored Division, Ansbach Germany; and as the Deputy Plans, Operations, and Training Officer for the 97th General Hospital in Frankfurt Germany.
She earned a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University’s School of Business Administration; a Master of Administrative Science/Information Technology from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Science/Business from Virginia State University.
