Todd Schwartzrock is a IT product and services marketing executive. Todd has deep expertise in federal IT services capture, enterprise application development, in-bound marketing, federal government legislative affairs and strategic communications gained from previous positions with Clear Channel Communications, General Motors Corporation, Siebel Systems, Pitney Bowes Software, Navigant Consulting, GDIT, Systems Made Simple/LMCO and Technatomy Corporation.

He has expertise in data/application interoperability, machine learning, NLP and cloud computing strategies, health care revenue cycle management, financial services risk & compliance management, enterprise application product management, and federal government procurement strategy.
He formerly served the NITAAC in the CIO-CS GWAC launch, co-chaired the NITAAC Community Action Groups, and is a frequent contributor to the NITAAC NOW webcast. Today, Todd avidly supports the White House HBCU STEM Initiative, the STEM Innovation Networks and the HBCU STEM Consortium strategy as Federal IT community Ombudsman through his non-profit service with 360 Cradle to Careers. He actively participates in the DMV chapter of Blockchain in Healthcare Today, serves as credentialed press for the annual HIMSS Conference and South by Southwest Convention, and serves on the Board of Directors of
Todd earned his MBA degree in Finance, Marketing, Strategy & New Media Management from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Maryland.
