Arch Systems is seeking an accomplished Executive Growth Partner — Department of War to establish and expand Arch’s presence across the defense and national security market. This position is designed to operate above the level of a traditional Chief Growth Officer. The Executive Growth Partner will function as a senior enterprise leader with direct responsibility for building relationships, shaping major opportunities, winning contracts, generating revenue, and increasing the long-term value of the company. The successful candidate will possess trusted relationships with senior military, civilian, acquisition, technology, cyber, intelligence, and mission leaders. This individual must be able to translate those relationships into early customer access, qualified opportunities, competitive positioning, contract awards, and sustained revenue.

This is a hands-on business development and sales leadership position responsible for identifying new customers, creating opportunities, building a qualified pipeline, developing strategic partnerships, and converting relationships into contract awards and revenue. The Executive Vice President will be expected to use existing relationships across DHS and the government contracting industry while continuously building new relationships with customers, decision-makers, acquisition officials, program leaders, technology partners, and potential teaming partners. The successful candidate must be a recognized and proven player in the DHS market with a demonstrated record of generating new business, opening doors, shaping opportunities, and winning federal contracts. This individual will serve as Arch’s senior growth executive for DHS and will be directly accountable for bookings, revenue, pipeline development, and market expansion. This position is designed for a growth leader who is comfortable being in front of customers, developing relationships, pursuing opportunities, creating demand, and personally driving business from initial customer engagement through contract award.
The Technical Project Manager will serve as a senior delivery and product leader responsible for managing a multidisciplinary technical team, coordinating directly with Government stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of modern, secure, user-centered digital products and services. This position requires more than traditional project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern software development and digital product delivery and will be comfortable leading technical teams across application development, cloud, DevSecOps, UX/UI, data and analytics, testing, customer support, and related disciplines. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contractor liaison to the Government product team and will be responsible for the supervision and management of contractor personnel. The underlying requirement specifically emphasizes continuous discovery and delivery experience through product management, Scrum, Agile coaching, or a similar discipline.
