“My name is Lawrence Atuana, I remember the first time I stepped foot into Arch systems for an interview not knowing which way this interview will go, and my thoughts reminded me of my age and why I am changing careers from hospitality to IT. I was doubting myself and beating myself up before I even began the interview. Fortunately, and of course, giving God the glory, it’s now going on a year and I was recognized and promoted during these strange times of COVID. Arch systems management and its culture have made it possible for me to be all I can be by supporting the overall continual improvement efforts of the organization and ensuring that I obtain my CISSP. Arch Systems has a tuition reimbursement program in place, which I will utilize in achieving this certification. This will open up other areas for me within the organization as it continues to grow globally. I am blessed to be part of this organization and cannot wait to see what God has in store for next year. “Go, Arch!”
