As Founder and CEO of Arch Systems, Ms. Ehsan is an esteemed figure in the realm of federal IT projects, boasting an extensive track record of spearheading digital transformation efforts. Her tenure includes over 50 high-impact initiatives, where she has consistently introduced innovations, efficiencies, and cost-savings that redefine the landscape of government operations. Her expertise as an Enterprise Architect has led to marked process enhancements across numerous federal programs. Arch is a Prime on several large contracting vehicles from the size of $5 million -25 billion.

Ms. Ehsan’s creation, the iHCD product, stands as a testament to her forward-thinking approach, embodying the core principles of the United States Digital Services (USDS) and embracing GSA 18F’s comprehensive phases and methods. This patented Human-Centered Design platform uniquely addresses the need for a seamlessly integrated experience in design methodology.

Her leadership and innovative spirit have garnered prestigious accolades, including the SMART CEO Brava Award for Women Leaders and 3 Innovation Awards on federal Prime Contracts from the G2XChange Forum. A WOSB Alliance Member, Ms. Ehsan is dedicated to advancing opportunities for women-owned small businesses in the technology sector.

With an impressive academic portfolio that includes a Bachelor’s in Information Technology, a Master’s in Computer Systems Management, and a Master’s Certificate in Information Assurance, Ms. Ehsan is also in the process of earning a Doctorate in Business Administration and Technology Entrepreneurship. Her educational endeavors highlight her unwavering dedication to pushing the boundaries of technology and management within the federal landscape.

Federal Program Leadership ($125M+) – Principal Investigator on DARPA, IARPA, Navy, and DoD AI programs including SyNAPSE ($39M), UPSIDE ($18M), Physical Intelligence ($11M), and Micro4AI ($3.95M).

Neuromorphic Computing Pioneer – Led Intel’s Loihi chip development (4,100+ citations), a self-learning processor enabling real-time, multi-modal edge AI.

Generative & Multi-Modal AI Expertise – Applied transformer attention, stable diffusion, and cross-modal fusion to security, defense, and autonomous vehicle applications.

Secure & Ethical AI – Developed privacy-preserving AI using homomorphic encryption and federated learning; active contributor to Responsible AI initiatives at Intel.
