We provide mission-critical services to the Department of Defense Armed forces. For example, Arch System has fulfilled the mission of the United States Army Medical Logistics Command (AMLC) Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) with lifecycle management and sustainment solutions to the Army’s operating force units in support of readiness and various contingency operations; providing the programmatic, and technical support as necessary to allow responsive, high-quality, and timely mission accomplishment within a flexible and changing environment.
Another example of our mission-focused program services includes the Yellow Ribbon Program, which is a Department of Defense-mandated initiative designed to provide information, services, referrals, and proactive outreach programs to Army Reserve Soldiers and their families through all phases of the deployment cycle in accordance with DoD Directive 5124.02, DoD Instruction 1342.28, and Operation Order (OPORD) 16-004. The overall objective of the program is to prepare and sustain Soldiers and their families before and during their mobilization.
Archers are supporting the Department of Homeland Security in many of its mission agencies which include the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), DHS Science and Technology Directorate (S&T), Office of Biometric Identity Management (OBIM) and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). In all these agencies, we are performing a plethora of critical IT Services that includes System O&M, Modernization & Enhancement, application development, multi-cloud infrastructure & hosting, advisory cloud support, multi-tiered helpdesk, testing, and training.
Archers started their journey at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), with capabilities such as cloud migration, project portfolio management, data analytics, and visualization. We serve the Forest Services mission area groups, directly supporting the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Program Management Office (PMO). Arch is providing expertise in configurations, training, and support to migrate from Project Server to the Government Computing Cloud (GCC) Environment of Microsoft Project Online for four (4) distinct groups. The effort includes leveraging technological enhancements, process improvement features, and functional best practices in the new platform. Arch is also providing UI/UX expertise on the USDA Forest Service Natural Resource Manager (NRM) modernization task order.

Regulatory, Compliance & Finance
Arch is currently supporting Joint Operations Center (JOC) Operations/Monitoring Room including the 16×5 Application. Monitoring, Intra-Day Workforce Management, Performance Monitoring, and Helpdesk Support. Arch provides ongoing Operations and Maintenance for the Enterprise Telephone Database (ETD) system with integration support between MITS Organizations including Enterprise Operations (EOPS), JOC, and Contact Center Support Division (CCSD) when required. This includes Data Administration and custom report development across 28+ Contact Centers and multiple contact center platforms including Cisco CVP, Cisco ICM, and VERIZON Networx Universal Customer Center. We also provide development in coding languages including Classic ASP and .Net. On another IRS project, we support User Behavior Analytics and Fraud Analytics under the DAS IDIQ. Our team supports a wide variety of client needs focusing on detecting fraudulent electronic transactions/usage. Team members design and implement offline and near real-time analytics capability, visualization, and near real-time dashboarding and visualization capabilities to support the IRS in strengthening its security posture against fraudulent web transactions. Arch is also supporting the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Enterprise-wide Applications Management Support Services (AMSS) IDIQ Task Orders with IT services such as Java Development, UI/UX, and Testing.
