Human-Centered Design Services

Arch has been working to incorporate human-centered design practices into its suite of enterprise services. We’ve developed a HCD tool called iHCD which is patent-pending. The human-centered design process is based on participatory design, where team members work directly with users in order to understand their experience from a firsthand perspective and incorporate their pain points. We champion a “tools unlocked” approach that brings product owners, designers, and users together to discover, design, and implement useful and usable solutions. We design with users, not for them. Arch has implemented HCD in projects with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, Yale CORE, Johns Hopkins University, and University of Maryland at Baltimore.
