A United States veteran and senior IT leader with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Norman excels in cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and leading large-scale IT transformations. Armed with certifications such as CISSP, CEH, and ITIL V3, he brings a proven ability to design secure, scalable systems and implement innovative solutions across multi-billion-dollar federal portfolios.r.
