Ms. Ehsan’s creation, the iHCD product, stands as a testament to her forward-thinking approach, embodying the core principles of the United States Digital Services (USDS) and embracing GSA 18F’s comprehensive phases and methods. This patented Human-Centered Design platform uniquely addresses the need for a seamlessly integrated experience in design methodology.

Dr. Prentice S. Norman serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions Architecture at Arch Systems, where he plays a critical role in shaping strategic IT initiatives and driving innovation across the organization. A United States veteran and senior IT leader with over 20 years of experience, Dr. Norman excels in cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and leading large-scale IT transformations. Armed with certifications such as CISSP, CEH, and ITIL V3, he brings a proven ability to design secure, scalable systems and implement innovative solutions across multi-billion-dollar federal portfolios.r. Norman, one of the lead authors of “ATO as Code,” has been pivotal in advancing automated security compliance within the DevSecOps pipeline. His leadership in promoting the Open Security Controls Assessment Language (OSCAL) across the federal government has helped shape and drive the automation of ATO processes, enhanced interoperability, and strengthened cybersecurity resilience.

Dr. Norman has successfully led initiatives in cloud migrations, Zero Trust frameworks, and advanced cybersecurity operations, earning recognition for reducing organizational risks and improving compliance. As a trusted advisor to federal leadership, he provides strategic insights on emerging technologies and cybersecurity resilience.
