I recall the first time I walked into Arch Systems for an interview, not sure how it would go and thinking about my age and why I’m changing careers from hospitality to IT. I criticised myself before the interview. Thankfully, and giving God the honour, I was noticed and elevated throughout COVID’s strange times. Arch systems management and its culture have helped me be my best by supporting the organization’s continuous improvement efforts and helping me get my CISSP. Arch Systems offers a tuition reimbursement scheme, which I’ll use. This will open up new opportunities as the company grows abroad.
