Arch is currently supporting Joint Operations Center (JOC) Operations/Monitoring Room including the 16×5 Application. Monitoring, Intra-Day Workforce Management, Performance Monitoring, and Helpdesk Support. Arch provides ongoing Operations and Maintenance for the Enterprise Telephone Database (ETD) system with integration support between MITS Organizations including Enterprise Operations (EOPS), JOC, and Contact Center Support Division (CCSD) when required. This includes Data Administration and custom report development across 28+ Contact Centers and multiple contact center platforms including Cisco CVP, Cisco ICM, and VERIZON Networx Universal Customer Center. We also provide development in coding languages including Classic ASP and .Net. On another IRS project, we support User Behavior Analytics and Fraud Analytics under the DAS IDIQ. Our team supports a wide variety of client needs focusing on detecting fraudulent electronic transactions/usage. Team members design and implement offline and near real-time analytics capability, visualization, and near real-time dashboarding and visualization capabilities to support the IRS in strengthening its security posture against fraudulent web transactions. Arch is also supporting the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Enterprise-wide Applications Management Support Services (AMSS) IDIQ Task Orders with IT services such as Java Development, UI/UX, and Testing.
